Why do I need this information on Spyware removal?
Your privacy is important and can be breached without you even knowing it. Popular programs like Kazaa do it all the time. Tempting little programs freely available on the Net pay for themselves by including modules that can track your Internet use and send that information to a third party. They in turn sell that information. That is how the software is paid for.
Browser add ins, shareware, and more all clog up the resources on your PC and make it take longer to do things.
Speaking of Kazaa ... the full version of that program is considered rife with spyware and adware. Try downloading the "lite" version of it. The Lite version of Kazaa works just the same but the program has be stripped of the bad stuff. Naturally downloading copyrighted material is a no-no.

Simple to use interface. Launch from the desktop icon and run through the screens. Automatically compiles a list of suspicious files and programs. Does not indicate Kazaa light as spyware (good). Easily picks up "mining" cookies and some shareware ad delivery software. The cookies are a privacy concern and the ad delivery software can be considered a low threat depending on what program.
