• First Check for any open audio programs like your CD player, Other Real Audio sites, Voice Chats, Winamp, etc. and close them.

• Restart your PC or browser program - This solves most problems, not sure why but it makes the spirits happy.

• AOL users may have trouble bringing up audio on the default AOL browser.  Close that window and bring up the webpage that contains the audio link in another browser such as Explorer or Netscape.  Let the page load fully and try the audio link again.

• Clear your cache, temporary files are stored there while browsing the Net.  Follow the steps below.

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer:

    1. Click "View" (or "Tools" in IE 5+) in the menu bar at the top of your browser
    2. Select "Internet Options"
    3. Under the "Temporary Internet Files" box, click on the "Delete Files" button
    4. Then click OK
    5. Refresh/Reload your browser

  • Netscape Navigator 3.0:

    1. Click "Options" in the menu bar at the top of your browser
    2. Select "Network Preferences"
    3. Select the "Cache" tab
    4. Click on the "Clear Memory Cache Now" button
    5. Reload/refresh your browser

  • Netscape Navigator 4.0:

    1. Click "Edit" in the menu bar at the top of your browser
    2. Select "Preferences"
    3. Click "Advanced" in the left column
    4. Select "Cache" under Advanced
    5. Click Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache then select the OK button.
    6. Reload/refresh your browser
